WANTED ! WILLIAM Z. SUTTON
$5,000.00 REWARD !
The undersigned will pay Five Thousand Dollars in cash upon the production , within one year
from November i , 1899 , and satisfactory identification of
WILLIAM Z. BUTTON
to whom the following transfers of real estate in Otoe county , Nebraska , have been made , and who has
also made subsequent transfers , it is alleged , to other parties ; being the same William Z. Sutton who exe
cuted his promissory note for $2,500.00 , dated January i , 1894 , payable in five years from its date , with
interest coupons attached , payable to the order of John C. Watson and assigned to Mrs. Theresa Neff ,
who also executed his promissory note for $2,500.00 , dated October 4 , 1894 , payable one year there
after to John C. Watson and by him negotiated at the Nebraska City National Bank ; and who also
executed his promissory note , dated January i , 1894 , for $2,500.00 , payable in one year thereafter to the
same Watson , and by the same Watson negotiated at the Merchants National Bank of Nebraska City.
The subjoined lists describe the real estate transactions involved. The William Z. Sutton
wanted , and whose production and identification in person will be paid for as above , is the one who
lived , it is said , near Unadilla , Otoe County , Nebraska , and has had his paper discounted , through John
C. Watson , in the banks of Nebraska City :
