Spellicy shot at Paul's son Charley with
the intent to wound and kill him, Spel
licy was taken before the court, and the
case continued until Tuesday afternoon,
nt which time the bearing was had and
Judge Battermaa found for the defend
ant. The trouble arose over the fact
that the boy was passing Spellicy's house
'and acarad a cow which was in the road,
