upon all the taxable property in school

County Board of Equalization of Platte
County, Nebraska, were now read and
approved.
On motion of Supervisor Held the
County Board of Equalization now ad
journed sine die.
Synopsis of the proceedings of the
Board of Supervisor
Columbus, Nebr., August 15, 1906.
Thq petitition of Franz Lucbainger
and others for the location of a public
road commencing at a point on the line
of the public road designated on the
road plat of the county as "School Sec
tion Road" about five chains west of the
northeast corner of the 8 E of 8 E U
of section 15 town 18 range 1 east and
running thence ia a southwesterly direc
tion to a point 150 feet south of the
oenter of aaid School Section Road at or
near the northeast corner of the BE j
of 8 WJ of said section 15, aaid loca
tkm to be made for the purpose to avoid
the building of a bridge across a deep
ditch or washout now being in said road.
Also for the vacation of all that part of
the School Section Road commencing
five chains west of the northeast corner
of the S E U of S E of said section 15
and8WMofaaidaeoUoBl5, was pre
sented and read aad on motion refer
red to the committee on roads and
bridges.
The coamanicatioa of Joseph Erase
representing that there is located a pub
lic road along the south side of the 8E
if of section 36 town 20 range 2 west,
that same is obstructed by a fence which
is ahadrance to the free use of the road
aad a damage to the land of the under
signed, therefore asks the board of
supervisors to take such steps as will
cease aaid fence to be removed, was pre
sented aad read and on motion refered
to the oomauttee on roada and bridges
and deferred till next meeting of the
board.
The survey, plat aad field notes of the

were preaeated by coaaty surveyor Bos

approved by the board.

stipulotions provided by law for the
location of public roads have been com
plied with, therefore recommend that
the report of the appraisers be approved
and thut in conformity with said report

same on the 1906 County Road funds as
