The law suit which has been pending for several months, between the Platte County Indepenpent Telephone com pany and the Leigh Independent Tele phone company came tc an ending this week, and every point was in favor of the Leigh company. A letter from the attorneys to H. P. Bnhman, the local manager states that Judge Reeder ba-1 dissolved the temporary injunctions ami all costs were taxed to the Platte county j people. This injnnction was secured last fall to keep the Leigh Telephone company from severing their connections with the Platte Chunty Independent Telephone company. Judge Reeders decision leaves the company entirely free to do as it chooses ic the matter.
