Mr. and Mrs. George Feaser an"
children left Tuesday for their future
home in Lockport, 111., and Humphrey
people, in General, regret to see this
estimable family leave town. Mr.
Feaser still retains his real estate in
terests in this vicinity and ho and
Mrs. Feaser expect to visit hero quite
often with their old acquaintances.
Dr. Mertz had another run-away
accident yesterday afternoon in which
one of his horses got the worst of it.
He was makings professonal call near
Cornlea and while on the road return
ing home one of the single trees broke
off suddenly, frightened the horses
and causing them to run-away. The
frightened team ran into a wire fence,
overturning the buggy and throwing
the doctor out. He sustained no in
juries but one of his horses was sever
ly cut by the wire and will be unfit
for use, for some time.
