coming from the southeast with a good prospect for rain Bicyclists are again urged to do their part iu obeying and enforcing tho bicy cle ordinance The city has been kind enough to allow them sidewalk privil eges when necessary and they should uot nbuse them With the condition the streets nre now in there is no excuse whatever for using tho sidewalks and occasional reports that they are being used by oyclists is discouraging to the riders who appreciate aud do uot abuse the privilege Those who do not desire the bicyclists to have any sidewalk privileges whatever would be pleased to have the
