rection was mado in bill of Oiir Schav
land Said bill was reported as fees in
insanity case of Mrs Lewis 1885
whereas it should have been fees in
above case 975 postage express etc

On motion the petition for tho incor
poration of the village of Meadow Grove
was laid over
On motion the clerk was instructed to
strike from the tax list the following
taxes assessed against Wm Krueger of
Norfolk on part of northwest quarter
of southwest quarter of section 23
township 21 range one for the years
1895 1890 1897 189S and 1899 tho same
being doable assessments for 1891 and
1S92 the assessments being erroneous
It appeariug to the satisfaction of the
board that F Haaso was assessed with
10 acres in 1889 in sectiou
whereas he only owned 5 acres tho
olerk was instructed to strike off one
half of the assessment
On motion tho assessment of F Haaso
with 10 acres in sectiou 27-24-1 was
ordered cancelled as Mr Iluaso owned
no laud in section 27
Ou motion the taxes assessed against
tho north one half of lots 3 and 4 block
23 Madison for the year I8t0 was
ordorod cancelled as said lots woro
school property at that titno
In tho matter of tho porsoual tax as
sessed on tho improvomonts on school
land on tho south half section 10-21-1 it
is ordered that tho ostnto of James
Stuart bo rolioved from said tax tho
