fund amounting to 123700 Making au estimated total of 2553 10 Such true total should be added to tho total receipts The certificates of indebtedness out standing against tho water fund should bo reduced a like amount Owing to tho nature of tho above transactions no entries of the samo ap pear upon the accounting books of this office aud they are therefore reported in this form On September 8
