As a result of a conference hero yesterday be tween representatives of the United Mine Workers of Missouri and the Mine Operators' association , practic ally all of the 1.000 striking union minors of north Missouri will resume work. Bo it Resolved and Enacted by the Leg islature of the State of Nebraska : SECTION- . That section ouo of Ar tie.o fifteen of the Constitution of the Stuto of Nebraska buamouded to road as follows : Section 1. Either branch of the leg islature may propose amendments to this Constitution , and if the same bo agreed to by threo'flftUsof the members olootod to each house , such proposed amend ments shall bo entered on the Journals , with the yeas aud nays , and published at least once each week in at least ouo newspaper in each county where a news paper is published , for thirty days immediately preceding the next election of senators and roprosoutativos , at which election the same shall bo submitted to the electors for approval or rejec tion , and if a majority of the electors voting nt such election on such proposed amendment , shall vote to adopt snoh amendment , the same shall become a patt of this Constitution.
