whom ho was deeply In lovo Forshay claims to havo met Miss Stokes In St Louis six years ago when they were both playing an engagement The couplo played In different cities until last fall when they came to Chicago and becamo members of the stock company playing at tho Victoria Forshay evidently Intended to tako his life after killing tho woman for t upon his person when ho was arrested were from her room and tho couple talked for about ten minutes when Forshay suddenly drew a re volver and fired two shots one through the right lung and other close to tho heart She died almost Instantly
