man burled under the ruins he tried to
pry him out but could get nothing to
help him He believes the man per
ished In the flames
The Nellie Bly was running n

section with which No 330 collided
The local train had taken the siding
to permit tho express to pass 1nd It
Is believed that through some misun
derstanding or mistake the local came
out on the main trnck after the sec
ond section had passed mistaking It
for the third section
