Notice is hereby given that on
Tuesday , the 7th day of Novem
ber , 1911 , next at the regularly

voting precinct in Cherry County ,
Nebraska , an election will be held
for voting on the proposed divis
ion and annexation of territory
now comprising the County of
Cherry , State of Nebraska as fol

* The four Sellers' murderers and
Fred Sbafer were taken to Lincoln
last Friday morning to begin their
sentence in Lancaster prison.
They caused their guards practi
cally no trouble and were cheerful
enough on the thirteen hour jour
ney. At. Fremont where they
had to lay over for an hour a large
crowd gathered to see the men.
Upon their arrival at Lincoln
hacks were taken for the peniten
tiary and the prisoners were
turped over to the warden at 8:30 :
o'clock. The four men broke
down completely when they bid
Sheriff Rosseter and bis deputies
good-bye. They were assigned
work in the broom factory Satur
day morning. Pete Hoes , Albert
Green and I. M. Rice accom
panied Sheriff Rosseter as depu
ties.
