Miss Nancy Hancock , entertained a party of friends Wednesday , a very pleasant time is reporttd. Mr. Ellis Coder and daughter Fay , returned Tuesday from Omaha , where . the latter was having her eyes treat- ed. An unually large crowd attended the Blind Boone concert , given in thi hall Mondav night. The concert was very good and appreciated ' by all. Mr. M' . Isenhart. returned from Omaha Sundav , where he was callei on account of the illness ot his ne- phew , Pierce Duncan , Peirce was operated on Friday , and was getting along nicely. Elvira Tische entered school : Mon- day. We have quite a large attend- ance now and hope if there are more children who intend coming to school , that they will enter at once as they : will be behind their classes. The eighth grade pupils of Mr. Paine's room , have been' doing some splendid work in history. They use < the outline maps and put in the jour- neys of each great discoverer and explorer. Lelia Johnson , Haze l Klingman and Charlotte Hanna hac the best maps , while all the others ; were very good also. Alfalfa . Production.
