Cole et al , asking that the following described territory , now a part of Goose Creek precinct , name ly all of the territory included with in the following meets and bounds : : Beginning at the northeast cor- ner of Sec. 28 , Tp. 28 , R. 27 , thence north to the northeast corner of Sec. 4 , Tp. 28 , R. 27 , thence west to northwest corner of Sec. 6 , Tp. 28 , E. 27 , thence south to the south- west corner of Sec. 19 , Tp. 28 , R . 27 , thence east to the place of be- ginning , be taken from Goose Creek precinct and annexed to Loup pre- cinct , the same is .hereby approved and the territory above described shall hereafter be a , part of Loup precin ct. A refund of $3.27 was ordered made to Geo. Weisfiog on tax re ceipt No. 1532 of the year 1900 , the land described in said receipt hav- ing been assessed twice for said year of 1900. The affidavit of Catherine McDon- ald setting forth a proposed errone- ous assessment against lot 3 , block 2 of McDonald's addition to the vil- lage of Valentine for the year 1907 in the sum of § 31 .78 , being , a spe cial assessment on account of a cement sidewalk having been put on said lot by order of the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Valentine , was rejected for the rea- son that the Board of Commission- ers have no authoiity in the mat- ter. ter.The The following consent road was granted on the petition of Mathias \ Boltz et al , all 0 f the land owners along said road having given their consent to , and waived damages should same be established.
