Martin Christensen , the painter-
contractor , who ranks high as an

at Ft. Robinson the past few

week for a fishing trip. He was

cavalry , and his father , Capt.
Carson ex-governor of South
Carolina ; Q. M. Clerk , Habbiger ,
and Lieut. Rethorst. all of the 8th
cavalry , who were his guests at
R. I Stillwell's on Hackberry lake. .
They returned Tuesday and tho
the weather was bad they caught
137 bass and enjoyed a splendid
