sell went to Cody this week. Mrs.
Russell made final proof , on her
home stead.
A crowd of ball players that

from this neighborhood were

caught in a bad storm Sunday eve-
ning.
Mrs. Dan Adamson recieved a
message from Washington \ stating
the serious illness- of her
mother. Mrs. Adamson left Tues-
day. We hope she will find her
mother better.
A surprise dance was given at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. : Dan ,
Barnes Saturday : Aug. 21 , in hon
or of their son Cecil. There being
a nice crowd and good music every
one seemed to enjoy themselves.
Cecil recieved severel valuable and
useful gifts. Several of his friends
remembered him by clubing to-
gether and getting him a very
nice riding bridle.
