The city dads are trying to en force new ordinances on the install ment plan ; that is , some obey while others continue without re gard to any restrictions or ordin- c ances to the contrary. When the wrestling match was declared off after the first < , , fall last Saturday night , a controversy arose as to the winner of stakes on the wrestle since the bets had been made on two falls as the win- ner. Some money was put up r after the first fall and that was , finally declared to be not forfeited : since the wrestler , Blecha , had given up without wrestling but : the one fall. They finally agreed to consult Sanely Griswokl , sport ing editor of the World-Herald. Another match is to be pulled off Saturday night , Dec. lith , to set tle the championship and the bets.
