TORNADO AT ST. JOSEPH. /Much Damage Done in City 'by Win and Rain. A tornado and tremendous rain di heavy damage in St. Joseph , Mo. , an vicinity Thursday night. Houses wei -wrecked , street railway tracks tor 'out , cellars flooded and crops levelec There were no fatalities. The family of Daniel Riordan , mile east of this city , had a miracu jlous escape from death. Their resi * 3ence , two stories in height , was tor rfrom its foundation and completel ; demolished.
