Pioneer ( Alliance ) Grip : Some
thief entered Kev. C. W. Eay-'s
tudy in the Methodist church par
sonage last Saturday morning and
stole several bills lying on.a . shelf
therein. When people grow des
perate all money looks alike to
them whether it be for the sereice
of the Lord or for the devil.
While it may never be known who
stole the money , yet the fact is
reasonably certain that at some
future date some minister will be
ailed upon to conduct funeral ser
vices over the thief's remains and
there will be the usual weeping
when consolation remarks are ut
tered. We wonder what the Lord
will be thinking about it , or will it
be forgotten. . - :
