sion to Soldiers Home was approved.
The County clerk was instructed to write to
Max Franke to bring his brother before the
board at its next meeting.
The Commissioners ordered personal tax of
Mills Bros , for year 1898. Assessed in Eli Pre
cinct , refunded the same having been erron
eously assessed. Amount § 18 32.
