Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a
chattle mortgage dated on the 19th dav of Octo
ber 1809 and duly filed in the office of the coun
ty clerk of Cherry County Nebraska on the
3rd day of November 1899 and executed by
Percy Blakelyto William Heelan to secure the
pavinentof the sum of four hundred thirty two
dollars and forty cents and upon which there is
now due the sum of four hundred fifty -four dol
lars and fifteen cents default having been made
in the payment of said sum and no suit or other
proceeding at law having been instituted to re
cover said debt or any part thereof therefore I
