present.
On motion the county clerk was ordered to in
struct the county treasurer to transfer $2 500
from the interest fund to the county general
fund , § 400 from the advertising fund to the
county general fund $3 000 from county road
fund to county general fund. Whereupon the
following levies were made :

board of county commissioners.
On motion G N Davis was appointed road
overseer in Dist No SO.
On motion the official bond of G N Davis as
road overseer Dist No 30 was approved.
On motion the following claims were allowed
and warrants , less delinquent personal taxes ,
ordered drawn on county road fund :

The claim of Gee H Reinert for 204 CO for ad
vertising notice to land owners to fill old wells
came before the board , Commissioner Spratt
voted to reject the claim ; Commissioners Parker
and Trowbridge voted to allow the claim and it
was declared to be allowed and a warrant ordered
drawn on county general fund.
On motion the claim ofV m Archer for filling
old wells was laid over for information and
clurk ordered to notify him to make claim
more specific.
