decided was that of Reinert va Cherry
Countan appeal case growing out
of the law.passed two years ago re
quiring road overseers to fill old wells
in their districts. The court gave
the plaintiff judgment for $57.20. It
is the first case of the kind that has
been decided and was submitted to
the court last fall.
