comity attorney electing six delegates
to tlie state convention six to the
congressional convention six to the
senatorial convention six to the repre
sentative convention also to elect a
county committee and transact such
other business as shall come up
It has been recommended that we
base our representation onMcFaddens
voce for Secretary of State in 1891
giving one delegate at large and one
for each ten votes or maior fraction
thereof which entitles the several
precincts to delegates as follows

make a collective exhibit of grain
fruits vegetables minerals and other
products of the country traversed bv
our lines of railroad showing its re
sources and developement To this
end will you please make such collec
tions of choice samples of grain etc
as you can before harvest and retain
possession of them until you are in
structed as to their disposition The
grain should be cut full length care
fully tied in bundles and preserved in
as good condition as possible
It would be a good idea to call the
attention of your people to this Fair
and urge them to preserve before it is
too late samples of their products for
exhihition e expect to transport
