City Council Minutes MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING February 11, 1963 Pursuant to the call of the Mayor and published notice a special meeting was held on Feb. 11, 1963 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of hearing ob jections. If any, and the equaliz ing and adjusting of special assessments for benefits on ac count of the construction of sanitary sewer extensions in San. Sewer Dists. Nos. 21 and 22 and the levying of such assess ments, to receive and open bids for a new 1983 model automobile for Police Department use and to transact any other business that may come before the City council. Moore; Councilmen Lloyd Morehead, A. W. Huebner, Rob ert Aspedon, Elmore Brink. Ray mond Fuller, James McMillian, Donald Aylor; City Clerk Erna M. Yenney. Absent: Councilman C. W. Rhylander. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read, correction of a motion was made and the min utes were approved. An ordinance entitled "AN ORDI NANCE CREATING STREET IMPROVEMENT DIS TRICT NO. 171 IN THE CITY OF PLATTSMOUTH. NEBRAS KA PROVIDING FOR THE CON STRUCTION OF STREET IM PROVEMENTS THEREIN" was passed under suspension of rules. Motion carried that Ordinance No. 1041 creatine St. Improve ment Dist. No. 171 be published as Drovided by law. Motion carried that the Notice of Creation of Street Improve ment Dist. No. 171 be approved ana pumisnea in tne Fiatts from the Nebr. State Liquor Control Commission by the City Clerk be referred to the License and Judiciary Committee and that hearing regarding same be set for Feb. 25, 1963 at 7:30 o' clock P.M. at City Hall and pub- lication of same be made.
