There have been 20 Sheriffs in the county's 107-year his tory two of them served sixteen years and by your support you allowed me to be one of those two. I would like to have had the opportunity to answer, before election, those personal charges contained in a letter which was circulated countywide, after dark, the night before election. The letter was written by a party not a candidate, whose name you should have been entitled to know, in order to judge the credibility of the written material. The personal charges were false in part, gave false inferences and did not reflect the public record. In leaving, we know that the job we have done in law enforcement was done to the best of our ability and solely in the interest and welfare of those whom we served. By your overwhelming write-in votes, there is no doubt, many of you felt the same way. I want to personally thank the Citizens of Platts mouth with whom I h?ve been associated since 1932. Plattsmouth voters give me more write-in votes this elec tion, then they did actual votes the first time I sought the office. My present plans are to take it easy for a while. As a bonded detective I will handle private investigations of the type which were not possible to investigate as Sheriff. i Thank you, Tom Solomon pfNN v ssouirijay 88 88 S3 This Coupon Entitles Bearer To 100 Extra S&H GREEN STAMPS With Purchase Of Any Pair Cf LADIES, CHILDREN'S or MEN'S HOUSESLIPPERS Vallrt Onlv At Gene's Boolerv.
