One deer of either sex Is legal, with shoot ing hours from one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset. Nebraska's portion of the re fuge Is bounded on the north and west by the Missouri River and On the north, east,, end south by the Missouri River cut off channel. There are 100 acres which are closed to hunting, but signs will designate that area. An overabundance of deer prompted the U.S. Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife to request the three-day season.
