Mrs. Robert Morton of Unian, teacher in the Cass County As sociation for Retarded School, "Helping Hands" .spoke to the eronp. She explained mental retarda tion, and what can be done 'o help these children and their parents. The school was organ ized in July in Cass County and classes are held daily. Charlene Brunk showed slides of the PTA's last years school program. Wintersteen School's Civil De fense Program was discussed. Mrs. Ruby Gochenour was presented a oast president's pin by John B-'ngle. Refreshments were served by L is Bax and Mrs. Simons. There will be no PTA meeting in December. Next meeting will be Jan. 22. KOKI TAO The Ko Ki Tao Camp Fire Girls met Tuesday at the home of their leader, Mrs. Richard Collins. They went on a tour to The Journal Office and were shown how the paper is printed.
