'Spare Look' Forecast for Fall Fashions LINCOLN Despite the flurry of ruffles this summer, the big compelling "look" in clothes for fall will be the "spare look." University of Nebraska Clothing specialists call this the lean, stripped down, elegant clothes appearance at every price level. There Is still a trend to bring clothes closer to the body through seaming, bias cutting or draping fabrics. Basically, the simple collarless or plunging necklines, the un cluttered body lines, the depend ence on line, cut and fabric, af ford exciting possiblities for "elegant" jewelry. African lovebirds cut bark or paper into strips as nest lining. The peach faced variety carries the strips tucked snugly under feathers; others use their bills. When the species are crossbred, the hy brids inherit the urge to tuck the strips but not the ability to hold on to them. Hence bafflement. Rexalt SCHREINER REXALL DRUCS - PLATTSMOUTH, NEB.
