Present Melvin R. Todd, Harold R. Gregg and H. Li Bornemeler, Commissioners, ' and Chas. Land, County Clerk. Minutes of the last session ap proved and the following busi ness transacted in regular form. A Petition to vacate and re locate Road No. 353 was pre sented to the County Board. A motion was made by , Borne meler and seconded by Oregg that Fred Clark be instructed to study use of Road No. 355 and report his findings back to the Board within thirty days. Mo tion carried. The County Treasurer certi fied to the Board that distress warrants have been Issued In the amount of $42,077.23, cover ing delinquent personal taxes for the years 1980 and prior.
