Pursuant to the call of the Mayor, special meeting was held for the purpose of considering an ordinance authorizing the Is suance of sewer bonds of said citv of the principal amount of $200,000.00 to pay the cost of constructing a sewage disposal plant and sanitary outlet sewer by said city, prescribi ng the form of said bonds and provid ing for a levy of tax to pay the same, and to transact any other business that may come before the Council.
