SEPT. 2-7 LINCOLN atcl Mr. and Mrs. Halvorsen. The 44 youngsters were taken each Saturday morning to Lin coln Municipal Pool and sever al completed requirements for certificates. The small fry Minnow Club were the younger group. Many received certificates. Several of the Fish Club and the more ad vanced group completed more difficult requirements for certif icates. The youngsters as well as those who assisted are reported looking forward to next year's project. Trouble Shooters The Trouble Shooters Tractor Club met at the home of David Kraeger Aug. 14. Before the meeting, Gene Wehrbein gave a demonstration on Lubrication and Adjustment of a Tractor Mower and David Kraeger gave one on the Lub rication and Adjustment of a Mounted Plow. Vice president, Gene Wehr bein opened the meeting with the pledges to the flags. Roll call was taken showing seven members present. They decided to send a con tribution to the State 4-H Camp's. They received a dona tion from Carl Kraeger for build ing terraces on his land. They went over the quiz sheet in the tractor book, will do the next lesson and have the book completed at the next meeting. Next meeting will be at the home of Ronald and Delbert Puis, Sept. 11 at 7:30 p.m. Mrs. Kraeger served lunch. reporter, David Kraeger. There were 110 peresent at the picnic dinner and supper. Out-of-town guests at the pic nic were Mr. and Mrs. C. E. She is home on a visit from her nursing duties in Honolulu and is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Edson in Farnam and other relatives in this vicin ity. A ball game was held on the High School field nearby for entertainment and there were also seven horses for the young people to ride.
