The said improvement shall consist of grading, paving, curb ing, guttering and such other work as may be incidental there to in accordance with plans and snecifications to be prepared by Henningson, Durham & Rich ardson, Inc., Soecial Engineer, employed by the City, and to be approved by the City Coun cil. COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS Office of County Commissioners Cass Countv, Plattsmouth, Nebr. June 19 & 20, 1961 Board met pursuant to ad journment. Present Melvin R. Todd, Harold R. Gregg and H. L. Bornemeier, Commissioners, and Chas Land County Clerk. Minutes of the last session ap proved and the following busi ness transacted in regular form. The County Superintendent filed his report to the County Clerk of Transfer of School Taxes for the followng year. Resolution was signed authori zing the County Treasurer to re lease Old Age Assistance liens against south 110 feet of Lot 7 all of Lot 8, Blk. 6 in the Vil lage of Cedar Creek, Nebra ka and Lot 17 or part of Lot 14 in NW4 of the SW'j of Section 5, Township 12, Range 12, Cass County, Nebraska. Motion was made by Todd and seconded by Gregg to hire Fred A. Clark as Superintendent of Roads for one year, effective July M, 1S61 thru June 30th, 1962 at the same salary, with provisions that either party give thirty days notice before ter mination of employment. Motion carried. Motion was made by Borne meier and seconded by Gregg that the County Board au thorize the County Highway Superintendent to install tele phones in the County shops at Manley and Elmwood. Motion carried. Motion was made by Borne meier and seconded by Gregg that the County Clerk be ap pointed the Budget Making Au thority, and that the County Clerk shall prepare a County Budget document on forms pro vided bv the State of Nebraska (Sec. 23-904 23-9051 for the per iod from July 1st 1961 to June 30th 1962.
