SMITH & LEBENS, Attorneys Plattsmouth, Nebraska ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CASS COUNTY, NEBRASKA In The Matter Of ) Doc. 16 The Estate Of J Page 276 Joseph C. Wheeler, ) No. 11923 Deceased ) Now on this 22nd day of May. 1961, it being one of the days of the February Term of the Court, there was presented to this Court the petition of Eliza beth L. Patterson and Percy J. Wheeler, adminstrators of the estate of Joseph C. Wheeler, De ceased, for License to Sell the following real estate, to-wit: The Southwest Quarter of Arkla Year-Around V GAS Air Conditioning If you are looking for the best, the most modern air conditioning, then you are looking for an Arkla Year Around GAS Air Conditioner. This unit has, indeed, a design with a difference. A self-contained heating and refrigeration combination designed for efficient operation. The most significant thing about the Arkla is the "no-moving parts" principle. It has no moving parts to wear out. This principle is the reason GAS Air Conditioners are the only units on the market with a life expectancy that is equal to the mortgage life "of the modern home. When you build, buy or remodel, equip your home with the best ... an Arkla Year-Around GAS Air Con ditioner. A Gas Company Consultant will work out the plans for you with no obligation. Convenient terms can be arranged. f itr ft- .it tir f a.iftiis the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter; except 3Vi acres described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter, thence North 37 rods 17 links, thence North 72 degrees west 16 rods, thence South 42 rods 15 links to Quarter Section Line, thence East 13 rods 13 links to place of beginning, except highway, in the County of Cass, and State of Nebraska of Section 18, all in Town ship 11 North, Range 14 East of the 6th P.M., containing 116.75 acres more or less.
