Mrs. Clem Woster was named secretary. Ward caucuses were called. First Ward (north) electors nominated Lyle Grove for the City Council and named Clem Woster committeeman and Maxine Cloidt committeewoman. Second Ward (south) electors nominated incumbent Warren Rhylander for the City Council and named Les Hutchinson committeeman and Mollie Gob eiman committeewoman. Republicans caucused at the Public Library. pemocratic Paul Fauquet was named caucus chairman after a vote. John Hoschar was the other nominee. Mrs. Vern Hendricks was named caucus secretary. Ward caucuses were called. First Ward electors nominated incumbent A. W. Huebner for the City Council by ballot. Glen McClure was the other nominee lor candidacy. They named George Kalasek, I committeeman, and Helen Eit ! ing, committeewoman. ! Second Ward electors nom inated Glenn Diggs for the City ; Council. Cecil Carr was the other nominee for candidacy. They named H. M. Johnson, ; committeeman, Mrs. C. T. Shown, committeewoman. A discussion of Legislative Bills was led by Lebens, Platts mouth city attorney. The PTA group voted, preferences and a report will be sent to the Leg islature. The Talent Sprout Show was discussed. It will be held March 17 at the High School Auditor ium. Coffee and cookies will be served and home made candy will be sold. The PTA voted to purchase basketball equipment and a bookcase for the school and to send S5 as a Founders Birthday Gift to the National PTA Con gress. By-laws were discussed and suggestions made for changes. Janice Magill's 3rd grade class won the room count for most parents present. Mrs. Bill Hawkins, Mrs. Har old Lebens and Mrs. R. C. Behmer were chosen as a nomin ating committee. Cookies and coffee were served by Mrs. Delores Ellington, Mrs. Marge Beasley, Mrs. Truth Buff ington, Mrs. Behmer and Mrs. Gayle Buck. "MEN!
