The Lions Club met Thursday evening for their regular mon thly dinner and Mrs. John Amg wert of Lincoln visited at the home of John Krueger on Sun day. Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Kupke of Lincoln are the parents of a son born the first of the week. They now have three children. Mrs. O. B. Lupardus had as her house guest on Tuesday, her sister, Ruth of Lincoln, who Is having vacation this week. The board decided to meet on the first Tuesday night each month as perscribed by law. The Clerk was instructed to notify Layne Western Co. about repair of old well and replacing burned out motor and switches.
