M. on the 7th day of April 1959 in said School District at which election there shall be submitted to the qualified elec tors of said School District the following proposition: Shall the School District of the City of Plattsmouth, in the County of Cass in the Stale of Nebraska levy a tax of one-half (Mi) mill per an num upon the taxable pro perty in said District except intangible property for a period of two (2) years, be ginning in 1959, the pro ceeds of said levy be used for the purpose of erecting and constructing, heating and equipping a general pur pose building in the area of the School Athletic Field within the corporate bound aries of said School District.
