Rust, president of the Illinois firm. State Farm's local agent, Jim McMillian, said that the First National Bank of Omaha is the bank in this area which is coop, erating in the program. A heavy advertising campaign in newspapers, magazines and ovei network television will de- scriDe the "bank plan" to U. S. consumers. Rust said the plan will ease financial arrangements for prospective buyers and can reduce the net cost on an auto mobile by $75 to as much as $300. Rust said his company has no financial interest in automobile financing, and undertakes only the insurance portion of the tran saction. Under the plan, a pro- spective buyer telephones any State Farm agent, who arrang-i ts financing at straight bank' rates through :iny one of the; 9.000 cooperating institutions. Adv.
