They also called on relatives at Topeka and Wa terville. Mr. and Mrs. Jess Fidler were Saturday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Copsey at the Town House in Omaha. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Thiele of Plattsmouth visited with Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Knecht Saturday afternoon. The ladies are cousins. Miss Verla Livers of Omaha spent the week end at home. No. 300 Cans KLAS - RED PITTED PIE Migratory Birds Are Discussed by Plattsmouth Club The Plattsmouth Bird Club met recently at the ' home of Mrs. Luke Wiles. The group discussed migra tory birds common in this area with Mrs. Wiles giving a talk on swallows, Mrs. P. T. Heine man said. , She said the group meets at homes of the members during the winter months and takes field trips in the spring and fall. She urged anyone inter ested in bird life and habits and who would like to join the club to contact Mrs. Luke Wiles or Mrs. William Keeley. Those attending the meeting were club officers, Mrs. William Keeley, , president, Mrs. Luke Wiles, secretary-treasurer. Mem bers attending were Mrs. P. T. Feeding Discussed By Blue Ribbon Club By Gary Thomas 4-H Reporter The monthly meeting of the Blue Ribbon Baby Beef Club was held at the home of Jim, Jon and Barbara Ulrich recenlty. The business meeting was conducted by President Charles Stoehr. We discussed the feeding plan for our calves, and are to bring pictures of them to our next meeting.
