Police Court Blocking a gutter brought a Plattsmouth person a warning to get it cleaned up last week. Clayton Pierce, 16th street and Second avenue, entered a plea of innocent to a charge of erect ing a block in the gutter and was found guilty by Police Mag istrate James H. Graves after a hearing.
