Story facts come from the people who are involved or "were there." Some folks can give me those choice little items which "make" the news, while with others it is like ex tracting wisdom teeth to get some little items which to them seem like everyday occurrences? I often tell them that they are selfish, as they enjoy reading about others as others enjoy reading about them. The people who read the paper that live away from here enjoy those every day occurrences, because it makes them feel they are back with us again for a moment. We sometimes tumble down in a rut, writing about the same people and organizations, though we know di versity is to news as condiments are to a salad dressing. Starting with the New Year we hope to continue with the same faithful people who call in that they "were there," and add some new names to give that "fresh look" and to those who seem to do "just everyday" happenings, if I miss calling you call me, at 241.
