New State Trash Dump' Law Passed LINCOLN A new lew, tagged LB 16 by the Nebraska Legisla ture, making it illegal to dump trash on highways, is now in force. The clean-up bill was in troduced by Senator K. A. Foote and was passed unanimously by the Legislature. Among the law enforcement officers charged with enforcing the bill are the Conservation Officers of the Ne- i braska Game, Forestation and! Parks Commission. Other of ficers also enforcing the new law are highway patrol officers, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, con stables and police officers.
