Iff 7f?ZX T v. 4 o. ii'j f . -v Bible Comment: We Should Heed Fact of All-Seeing Eye j"OTHING stands out mort strongly from the Hebrew Scriptures of the Old Testament than the fact of God's all-seeing Eye. The Eye is symbolic of the presence and judgments of God as He observes the actions of men and discerns between right and wrong. The Psalmist expressed it in tense and memorable words: "Whither shall I go from Thy spirit? Or whither shall I flee from Thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven. Thou art there; if I make my bed in hell; behold, Thou art there. The darkness and Vio HrrVif left V. 1;1a rt TKa'a ' The consciousness of that presence filled, and should fill today, thoughtful men with awe. That inexorable Eye upon them quickened a sense of fear. "The fear of the Lord," one wrote, "is the beginning of wisdom." There is much in the old Testament concerning the fear of God. Thus, they prayed, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.'.' It takes courage, as well as knowledge and faith, to make a prayer like that. But the judg ments of God" have a meaning and significance beyond individu al character and conduct. A world without judgment would be. a world without moral sanc tions. To whatever heights man may aspire, he can "have no higher aspiration than to reach that spiritual peak upon which he may stand and say: "Judge me, O God." ceived for the sole benefit of the mission. If you are one of these, the Royal Lancer speaks directly to your heart. For here is a car that fairly breathes adventure. You sense it in the bold forward thrust of its hood, the sweep of rear deck, the rakish slant of the New Horizon windshield. Its beauty is not calm and placid, but eager and alive the measure of performance that stems from the most advanced aircraft-type V-8 engine on the road, j And should you choose to "make this car yours, you will have this assurance: In any company of automobiles, there is nothing to challenge the distinction of your Royal Lancer by Dodge.
