But even so, the family must be fed and must have at least one hot meal a day. One solution lies in cutting .down on the use of your oven during summer months and sub stituting an infrared rotisserie broiler that actually bakes. With this broiler you can bake at table steel apphance that s easy to t ' , - keep clean and that offers visual cooking. But that's not all. Your family can have foods that are barbe cued, roasted, broiled toasted, ' boiled, fried or grilled from this same broiler. Actually, in a very liny kitchen, it's an ideal substi tute for a stove. ! The baking secret of this broiler -lies in the tray, which slides into the unit and thus is automatically and thermostati cally controlled. It turns itself off when baking is completed. And it can be used as a hot tray to be kept on the table, as a serving tray when used without heat and as a hot plate or grill. . Further, the broiler's timing mechanism can be used to turn off other electrical appliances. DQKlnQ 3St'.0t!KWft; mom m .- fi. " 1 i' X.' Journal Want Ads Pay- Board's Choice of Grammer Jams Up . Good Intentions : Choosing the little vord.-. "abandon" got Cass County- -Commissioner in a jam at Nc hawka. In setting up the Federal Aid Secondary road from Murray to Nehawka Federal Highway of-.,, ficials demanded this road take another route through the city. In preparing the resolution of ficials in Lincoln selected the word "abandon" for the point at the intersectioin of Main St. and Washington Ave., to the north quarter corner of Stc. 1," T. 10N, R. 12E. This was a poor selection as results proved as soon as The Journal was distributed in Ne hawka. County Dads were swamped with calls of protest from residents requesting the road be retained. Commissioner Ray Norris told The Journal, "The Board has no intentions of abandoning the road, but the new Federal Aid highway, in order to comply for funds, will take another course through Nehawka, yet to be de termined. The present road will be maintained as is." "Mr. Norris also-added, "We feel the new Murray-Nehawka highway will be a big improve-, ment to the county road system.
