To pay the cost of the im provements herein provided for the Chairman and Board of Trustees will, after such im provements have been completed and accepted, cause to be issued J negotiable bonds of the Village of Murray, Nebraska, to be known as "Sewer Bonds." The lateral sewers and the main sewers to- the extent that they specially , serve and specially benefit the abutting property are declared to be local im provements and the cost thereof to the extent of the special bene fits accruing to the abutting property from the construction of the said sewers shall be as sessed on such abutting prop erty as provided by law. All I such special assessments shall, 1 1 A 1 A - ' 1 - wnen coueciea, De sei Eusiae ana constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the interest and principal of said bonds; and there shall be levied annually upon all taxable property in the Village a tax which, together with such sinking fund derived from said special assessments, shall be sufficient to meet pay ments of interest and principal of the bonds as the same become due; said tax shall be known as the "Sewrer Tax" and shall be payable annually in money. Except as hereinabove provided all of said improvements are declared to be general publia improvements and not. local im provements and for the benefit of all property in the Village. All of said improvements are found and declared to be neces sary and proper to furnish a sanitary sewer system for said Village. 7. The Engineer's estimate of JIZBA & JIZBA Registered in Engineering and Architecture Design, Surveys, Estimates, Supervising 5417 Ogden Omaha, Nebr. Phone PL6361 cost of the proposed sanitary sewer system, including the sew erage disposal plant, is as fol lows: A $49,450.00 (Primary Treat ment Only) B $66,700.00 (Complete Treat ment) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Murray, Nebraska, meet at the Murray School House at 8 o'clock P. M., on the 15th day of June, 1954, in said Village for the purpose of considering objections to the passage of this resolution and the making of the proposed improvements, at which meeting this resolution- may be amended and passed or passed as proposed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk be and hereby is instructed to cause notice of the pendeticy of said resolution and the time and place at which said resolution shall be considered for passage and ob jections heard thereto by caus ing said notice to be published by posting in three public places in the Village of Murray, Ne braska, to-wit: Village Clerk's Office in Murray State Bank; Post Office; and Brubacher's Store. The date of posting shall be not less than thirteen (13) or more than twenty-two (22) days prior to the time set for the con sideration. The said notice shall contain the entire wording of the resolution. At said meeting the Chairman and Board of Trustees will hear all objections to the passage of said resolution and the owners of property which may become subject to special assessments for the pro posed improvements may appear tnd mak2 objection to the pro posed improvements and if a pe tition opposing the resolution signed by the property owners represents a majority of the front footage which would be subject for assessment for the cost of any lateral sewer in the proposed sewer district be filed with the Village Clerk- within three (3) days before the date of the meeting for hearing on such resolutions, the said lateral sewer shall be eliminated from the proposed improvement and the resolution amended ta show the same. Mr. Herman Wendt returned home on Saturday after spend ing the week in St. Joseph hos pirl in Omaha last week. Mrs. Silas Schlahof f gave a miscellaneous shower in honor of Mrs. Mark Stock on Wednes day evening, who regeived many useful eifts. On Sunday, Miss Norma Bor nemeier entertained her father, Mr. Martin Bornemeier, Mr. and Mrs. Bill James and family and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bornemeier. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Borne meier of Auburn.
