Darrow lor a few minutes while enroute to east ern Iowa. Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Wentworth of Los Altos, Calif., stopped at the Home to see his cousin, Mrs. Libby Menary, whom he hadn't seen for 50 years. Mr. and Mrs. Wentworth were returning from a trip abroad, having been to see the Coronation of Queen Eliza beth and visited other places of interest. Rev. and Mrs. Clarence Alex ander of Emerson and mother, Mrs. T. J. Alexander, visited with Mrs Juiia Faux recently. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gaines of Oak Park, 111., came to see their sister, Miss Loine Gaines, and visited a few days with her be fore poing on to visit relatives at Aurora. Visitors at the Home over the week end were: Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Watson of Philadelphia, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Haury; Mr. and Mrs. R. Owen, Mrs. H. H. Allen. Mrs. Florence J. Piper, Esther A. Bullard, May Gleason. Mrs. Janet Koeagold; Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Judson, Mollie E. Jud son, Mrs. Essie Howell, all of Omaha; and Mrs. R. D. Johnston of Long Beach, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Hopkins of Imperial visited Mr. Harry Long and had dinner with him. They also called on Mrs. Elizabeth Koon. Entertains For Out-Of-Stater . Longing Glances Are Noted From Columbian Building Mrs. Orville Robbins of Louis ville entertained at a 12 o'clock luncheon and three o'clock tea Friday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Dolly Haines of Sacramen to, Calif. Guests included Mrs. Goldie Robbins, Mrs. James Johnson, Mrs. Chauncey Woolhiser, and Mrs. Robert Sell. The occasion was in honor of Mrs. Haines on her first return to Nebraska since moving to California eipht years ago. She has been visiting relatives and friends in Kansas City. Nebras- jka Citv. Miss Hazel Jones of Lincoln was a Sunday night and Mon day guest of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Jones and family were also Sun day evening guests there. Cindy Boch man, and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Raasch returned Saturday from a two week's auto trip into the northwest. They visited the Black Hills and Yellowstone Na tional Park and on to Homedale, ! Idaho where they visited Mrs. Bochman's niece. Mrs. G. E. Woodburn, and with Mr. Raasch's brother, Lawrence Raasch. They went on to Cle Elum, Wash., to the Vernon Bochman home. While there they made a drive to Seattle. As the group re turned home they visited rel atives at Cheyenne, Wyo. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mason and fam ily stayed at the Bochman home during their absence.
