Ordinance Deeds Lot to Buyer An ordinance, deeding Lot 10 on South 9th street to Oscar Sandin was passed by the city council Monday night. Passage of the ordinance followed sale of the property two weeks ago. The council also, by motion, ordered the city clerk to pro vide A. W.
