' ' ' tit' ' V ir -r V v ' tr ir 'v ' v ' ''''- -' ' There Are Many Things Of Interest To Servicemen The interest shown in the Journal's Serviceman feature continues to grow and more and more names and addresses are the first month of twice-weekly r being received at the Journal olfice. Now completing nearly publication, the column will continue to be carried in each issue cf the Journal as long as names are submitted. Today's list of names and ad dresses bring to nearly 70 the i number of Cass county service- ' men, wnom we hope will have a much nicer Christmas, because cf the column, and because of the people who read it. However, a message from a friend, even at this time, would prcb-bly be just as welcome by servi?emen. wherever they are stationed. Right now would be a good time to tell them about the election, about the Platts mouth high school team, about all the changes taking place in the Plattsmouth business dis trict, of the new people in the neighborhood, and any news a bout neighbors and friends. And its a time, too. when def inite plans for mailing those . packages overseas mustbe con sidered. The November 15 dead line is approaching rapidly and wiil run out this week end. The po-t office department has guaranteed to make overseas delivery of all packages mailed before November 15 in time for Christmas. Here is another list of serv icemen and their addresses.
