NOTICE OF DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE TAXES Notice is hereby given that I, Ruth Patton, Treasurer of Cass County, in the State of Nebras ka will on the first Monday, befr.g the 3rd day of November, 1952, as required by law, com mence selling at the office of the County Treasurer of said County, in the City of Platts mouth, at public sale, so much of the following tracts of lands and town lots as shall be neces sary to pay the taxes, together with costs, being the delinquent taxes for the year 1951 and prior years, as appears from the tax lists for said years. Said sale will be held between the hours of nine o'clock a. m. and four o'clock p. m., of said date, and will continue from day to day between said hours until all of said property upon which delinquent taxes remain unpaid, shall be sold or offered for sale. An inter esting feature of their trip was a visit to a relative's broiler plant where they saw 18,000 four week old chickens. The chick ens are fed ten weeks, then sold and the houses fumigated. At the end of 12 weeks a new bunch of baby chicks are brought in. They will spend about two weeks visiting relatives here before going to California where Verle has to report. Ronnie Peters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Peters was painfully injured Saturday afternoon while fixing a truck tire. No bones were broken, but he was bruised and skinned up consid erably. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Panko and daughter and Miss Viola Everett were Lincoln shoppers on Saturday.
