Playland Plans July 4 Program Playland Park in Council Bluffs is offering a gala four day Fourth of July week end for holiday pleasure-seekers. On Thursday night, a gigan tic free fireworks display is planned. There will be many free prizes. On Friday, the park will open at 1:00 p. m.. offering 22 rides and many other amusements. At 8:00 p. m.. Playland Park's second annual Independence Day program of stock car races will be held. There will be a 10-event program with guaran teed prize money to the winner of every race. Outstanding Nebraska drivers include: Bob Lundberg of Lin coln: George Cooper of Blair; Bill Ratzlaff of Bellevue; and Bill Cooper of Tekamah. On Saturday the park will open at 7:00 p. m., and on Sun day night at 8:00 p. m., more stock car races will be held. Police Court Passing red traffic light and speeding Wm. T.
